“ The Samsung NV9 is a great pocket camera, ideal for quick snapshots and especially for parties and nights out. It is solidly made, looks good, performs well and produces good results under a wide range of situations. The multimedia features and headphones are a bit average, but if you’re looking for a classy ultra-compact the NV9 is great value for money. USB charging is an additional bonus... ”

“ Overall, the Samsung NV9 is an excellent little camera, multimedia functionality provides a nice level of icing for the NV9 cake to make it a little more enticing if the excellent £179 price tag doesn’t have you reaching for your wallet.
And so, the Samsung NV9 may not be the most responsive of models compared to some, but at this price, with this feature set and when set to its top settings, it’s certainly a camera capable of superb images albeit one more for the more studied approach to snapping... ”

“ You can be picky about some aspects of the Samsung NV9, but that's missing the point. This is an inexpensive, superbly finished super-slim camera that does far more than you could possibly expect for the price, and with a degree of style and flair that's really rather endearing. It's not perfect but, at current prices, it's pretty close. ... ”

“ The Samsung NV9 is one of the freshest cameras I've seen in a while for the point and shoot crowd. The retro dashboard reeks of style while the modern design will keep the gadget freaks happy.
It's hard not to like the camera as it's a breeze to use and feels so modern. The tests results aren't overly positive and I think Samsung need to work on picture quality, camera responsiveness and think about how consumers wish to see the photographs. Overly saturated in the primaries? I don't think so.
If you're a happy snapper that goes on looks of a camera over perfomance and you're not in a rush to take pictures, then this one is right up your street... ”
