I have owned a Casio before and really enjoyed most things about it. When I received this camera and the other (different color) I took lots of pictures and used the movie mode to test the quality. The pictures appeared very washed out so I lowered the flash intensity but the same thing happened except that everything around the object I was focusing on was darker. Also all of the pictures I took came out slightly grainy. The movie mode worked well but when I reviewed the message I recorded for my niece I could barely hear what I had said. I turned the sound up as far as it would go, even in the menu section but the sound is very weak! The exact same thing happened with the other Casio I bought. If your looking for an inexpensive camera that is so-so all around this may work for you.
