I just got the S52 and found out that it does not have "Panorama-Assist", even when the Install CD includes the "AcrSoft Panorama Maker 4" software on it! As far as I know you can't do manual mode on it, so I don't know how to lock the aperture, shutter speed and focus while taking panorama shots for later stitching.
