5D mk II is aimed at wedding photogs. D3x is aimed at landscape and studio shooters... who will rarely goto ISO 1600 anyways. Video is not needed on this body. Dust removal? While not competitive on that front, I don't think it will bother the market that this camera is targeted for. The frequency of lens changes compared to wedding photogs is a lot less and can be done is a more controlled environment. This should be an exceptional detail producing body. While out of my price range by alot :-) I look forward to reading the reviews and hands on expereinces (and of course the images it produces).
