I am a 65 year old digital newbie who has just bought a used D50 body and an ancient af 35-135mm Nikkor. Boy, have I been having fun with this baby on the beach near where I live! Tack sharp images that come even more alive when I jazz them up a bit on Photoshop. The D50 is a joy to use, and completely intuitive, even for an old fart like me. 6mp is all you need if you know how to compose a shot!
