Triple stabilization. Count'em: A software correction, cranking up the ISO, and movie-mode stabilization. One, two, three. Except, neither the lens nor the sensor are actually stabilized. Let's have it for the truth in advertising :)

How do you know that the "pixel track" system isn't for real? It sounds like a still variant of the movie-mode stabilization, which works quite well. I've always wondered if something like this wouldn't come, it sounds like a much better idea to track pixels on the sensor than to actually move the sensor around. Maybe they'll be able to put this into SLR-like cameras as well? An EVIL "mini K-mount" camera with an SR system like this could be very interesting.
But before complaining or dreaming, let's see if it works well in the P70/E70 :-)
